Questionnaire select field

Problems:

1. Only 100 questionnaires are requested;
2. The search is carried out by the identifier of the questionnaire;
3. The received questionnaires are sorted by ID.

I suggest:

1. Remove the limit on the number of requested questionnaires;
2. Make a search by the name of the questionnaire;
3. Sort questionnaires by lastUpdated meta field.
