Custom CSS is not applied on startup

I have to apply it manually every time I start the app.

beeper-desktop version: 3.70.17
Arch Linux
Installed from AUR (beeper-latest-bin)

This is not a bug, this is intentional. The maintainers have explained that this is because the theme API is still a WIP and they don't want to brick your installation due to a version update.
