Windows 7 - SendTo doesn't work?

Seems like a great idea, but haven't seen anything along these lines on my
Windows 7 system.
I've created an NTFS junction point (mklink /J) from the old (XP?) SendTo
location (I'm a bit fuzzy on the details, but I seem to recall I saw an error
message on first use that indicated winison was using that?) to the new one as
used by Windows 7.
