Console output scrollbar issue

Expected Behavior
It is not a problem if output results does not exceed console's maximum height but when it does, scrollbar just stays top.
It would be nice if it behaves like any other code editors' console. (i.e. PyCharm, eclipse).
Current Behavior
Console output(#pyconsole) scrollbar always stays top of it's box
