Error when creating VMs with more than 6 cpus even though there are enough ressources left

the GUI says
"0/3 nodes are available: 3 pod has unbound immediate PersistentVolumeClaims. preemption: 0/3 nodes are available: 3 Preemption is not helpful for scheduling."

but when I do it using the GUI it works and it also works when I just use -cpus 6 instead of -cpus 7 or more.
