Consider publishing on pypi

Hi,

Have you considered publishing this project on pypi or another repository? I'm using the blockParse script in a project for generating sequencing probes and I know it would be cleaner if OligoMiner was available as a package. I think other people would likely benefit as well. I'd be happy to make a pull request with OligoMiner as a package if that helps.
