Unable to install dependencies

I have a problem installing dependencies and do not know how to solve it

Did you download the source tarball from the website or use git to clone the code? To successfully run the project I think you may need to use Git.

Clone cannot be done because the company's wifi has set a wrong agent

I had to reinstall the system to find out why
