Doesn't work minify + uglify in coffeescript

I haven't tested minifyify with browserify 6.0 yet and do not claim to support it yet. Last I checked, coffee was still working with 5.0.

Closing this as the coffee-script module is producing invalid source maps anyway. I had to skip the test since the sourcemap validator threw up on the coffee-script module's map.
