forceRelevant doesn't work in version 5.2.3.0

Trying to use the /vrcft/settings/forceRelevant address and setting it to true, does not return any tracking data in v5.2.3. It works fine though in v5.1.1.
Even the Force relevancy option in Risky setttings doesn't work.
