A road to bunker through tunnel

Issue summary

Hi,
i dunno if its a bug or a feature tbh ^^

Description of issue:

No ramparts on road from tunnels to behind first line of ramparts

Steps to reproduce:

Look at the bottom of the room, i had to manually add the 3 ramparts at the tunnel end.

This is a bug -- the rampart placement code was written before tunnels were a thing and I haven't updated them yet. I'll try to patch in the near future, but since it's pretty rare, it's not very high priority.
