Improved defense structures.

Improve defense against nukes and controller degraders (and creeps trying to enable "POWER" in our PC-lacking rooms).

Make Overmind more resilient to multiple nukes landing ~100 ticks apart, resulting in empty EXTENSIONS and no queens. Maybe ensure that at at least X EXTENSIONS are filled while nukes are incoming in order to guarantee a certain queen tier?

Make Overmind smarter when it comes to dealing with the impact tile of nukes. Here is my idea: It would become a lot cheaper if we just abandon the impact tile. Especially if there are 5 nukes hitting the same tile for 50M hitpoints.
Except if it's a spawn and >= 1 other spawn location already got abandoned.
Except if it's a terminal. (Protecting it seems much more important than protecting the storage because once the terminal is gone and we don't get it up again because of consecutive nukes we run out of energy.)
Except if it's a tower and >= 1 other tower location already got abandoned.
Except if the pattern of multiple impact tiles would open up a "passage" into our core. This could be handled by always fortifying impact tiles if their position is on the outermost 2 layers/orbitals of our bunker.

Consider getting rid of certain ramparts, making others stronger instead.
Get rid of ramparts on the inner road ring completely. 12 tiles less we need to take care of.
Get rid of the rampart on the link completely or keep it way below 20M - does not need to survive 4 non-direct nukes.
Maybe get rid of the rampart on the storage completely. Empty it before impact. Retrieve energy from terminal instead. (PowerCreep's DISTRUPT_TERMINAL does not prevent us from doing so I hope?)
Get rid of the rampart on the center tile completely. Nuke kills the manager anyway.
(If an enemy already got into our bunker's core it's pointless to have 1 additional rampart which only reduces his/her ability to attack other ramparts from 1 additional tile/concave?)
So that's 15 less ramparts to care about. If we invest half of that energy into the storage rampart (keep it at 50M?) we are probably better off?

Probably add one additional layer of ramparts around our controller? That way our defenders would have more protected tiles to defend from and enemies would have a harder time reaching our controller trying to downgrade it or enable "POWER" in order so their PC can wreck havoc. We could use the upgradeSite link to fortify those ramparts.
