[FEATURE] 8x8 PC fonts.

Replace the PC fonts that use 8x8 1:1 squared resolutions with their -2y variants.
So the IBM CGA font listing should use the IBM CGA-2y.
There should be a special case for SAUCE FontName values that should keep the original fonts.
- IBM VGA50 8×8, 640*400
- IBM EGA43 8x8 640*350
