Purchased product status when it's should be purchasable

My steps:

1. login with sandbox user A
2. purchase product 1
3. logout user A
4. as a result in the app I still see the status of product 1 as purchased
5. login with new created sandbox user B
6. and again product 1 is still purchased, even for the new user

I would expect to have product 1 be only in purchased status for the user A. Am I doing something wrong or it's a bug?
I also tried to reinstall the app, didn't help.

Looked at all the tickets, based on that #27 it is expected behaviour.
