Wrong time format for last connected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a VPN server
2. Disconnect
3. The time shown below the connection entry is wrong (local time:13:23, time
shown "1:23").
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
13:23, but I see 1:23
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.99, Android 2.3.7 CM7.1 on Motorola Milestone (european Droid)
