making socket: Permission denied

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When connected with client version v097 to vpn in Log files say: 
(/data/data/com...../lastConnection.log)

making socket: Permission denied
process stderr  
making socket: Permission denied
process had died, return as failed connection


Samsung I5700/Android 2.1-update1
kernel - 2.6.29root@SE-S610#2
