Don't really know how to summarise this. Installation fails due to a self signed cert. Running in admin lets it install smoothly. Upon launching powerpoint, a visual studio based error popups up regarding the build. No OSC tab appears. Relaunching powerpoint, the message disappears and still no OSC tab.

Ok it appears to be some issue with my PC. It installed fine on another PC but seems to still not work. Will close this for now.
