Is it possible to enable a swipe navigation on mobile device?

Totally possible. You'd need to do it with script.
Swiping, as a gesture is a little strange with a gallery that fades from beneath… it doesn't really work as an interaction.
I thought about it when I first built gallery, but decided to launch it rather than experimenting more :-)
