Add support for Swift Package Manager

It would be great to be able to use this with SPM. I can work on a PR if that would expedite things.

I'd love to see it, too! I just started converting my work project over to SPM and this is on my TODO list.
Since the library is mixed ObjC and Swift, it's slightly more difficult to set up a Package.swift file, which is why I haven't done it yet. I'm happy to accept a PR if you want to take a shot at it!
