How to install SmartyPDT on Eclipse 3.4.2?

Hi all,
i have downloaded the most up-to-date release from:
http://smartypdt.googlecode.com/files/smartypdt.zip
I extract the zip file, start my eclipse, click on HELP / SOFTWARE UPDATES
/ AVAILABLE SOFTWARE / ADD SITE / LOCAL and select the folder 'smartypdt'
(with contains the folder 'plugins').
I always get the error: 'No Repository found at [file location]'.
What am i doing wrong?
