smartypdt.zip only has plugins folder, no features folder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the zip
2. Open it and look
3. On-line Install guide does not match Galileo UI, or 0.5.5 install.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If it's similar to 0.5.4, should see Features folder and Plugins folder.
Also, 0.5.5 Plugins folder has only two files, 0.5.4 has 4.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.5, PDT 2.1, Galileo, XP
Please provide any additional information below.
