Publish -> Upload dialog / shortcut not working from editor window in Aptana 3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a .tpl file in the editor and place the cursor in the editor window
2. Try to upload via mouse right click -> publish -> upload or..
3. .. try the keyboard shortcut CRTL -> Shift - U (in my case)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected Aptana to upload my file
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.1, WIN 7 64, Aptana Aptana Studio 3, build: 3.3.2
Please provide any additional information below.
I made totally sure that there is no problem / conflict with existing keyboard
shortcuts. Other file types do not have the problem.
