Loading Dashboard with no data fails with "Application Error"

This is when there is literally nothing in the Analytics Engine dataset. Note every counterscale route injects tracker.js into the document, so to recreate this you want to avoid visiting / and triggering a call to /collect which will populate the database and now the error won't appear.
