Change the generation code API from StringTemplate to Xtend

The current framework StringTemplate for code generation is not suited for the
amount of features that has to be implemented in Protobuf Embedded C. The code
is becoming hard to read and review. This is why we will try to use the Xtend
framework for code generation.
