Create tag for most recent version

According to https://github.com/bergie/create/blob/master/CHANGES.md the most recentversion is 1.0.0alpha4 however there only a tag for 1.0.0alpha1. Please add a tag for the latest version.

I think given the state of development, the next sensible place to tag is when we get jQuery UI 1.10 compatibility solidified, as mentioned in #173

It's just thing are currently a bit confusing with the website http://createjs.org/ offering alpha2 for download alongside a changelog which goes to alpha4 and an integration guide which refers to a folder structure which I only find in the source repository and has links pointing to the master version.

@retobg++ It is confusing. That's also why the Create.js version in Drupal core currently has 1.0.0-dev as a version identifier, which is suboptimal.

@bergie I'm not sure how your current keep the website up-to-date, but maybe you can make it so that it automatically updates the website whenever you tag a new release? If not, how can I help to get these in sync?

It confused me too as the version offered on the website and document don't match.

We've tagged a new version last Tuesday. I'll update the website later
