This was closed before I could say which version of geckoLib I was using.

Considering this the latest version, I assumed that saying that I was using 1.20.1 Fabric would be enough. That's my bad though, and this issue still occurs. The only mobs which glitch out like this are mobs from mods depending on geckoLib.
