Preferably a script that we can run that generates a book of the latest set of lessons

I've made an initial version and created #34 to merge that in. I'm closing this issue and propose we discuss further enhancements to the script there.

Any reason why you reopened this over #34? I see no reason to keep two issues open for the same thing.
