Signed and encrypted messages from Outlook 2013 not decrypted properly

In testing OpaqueMail, my messages that were both signed and encrypted were not being decrypted at all. Figured out that it was result of not matching on APPLICATION/X-PKCS7-MIME (capitalized) as the variable has it in lower case.
