Refactor all the sub-projects to use a 'base' test model from test support library.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at the source code.

Testing model (employee/department...etc) is duplicated everywhere.  Push
testing model back into test support library, and refactor all the
sub-projects to use this 'base' test model.
