What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try lazy-init in a unit test
Determine and document 'gold standard' configuration for dealing with
lazy-init issues, both in unit tests and webapps.

Hmmmm.... Well... there is no one way to do it b/c it depends on the use case.
We do
need a cookbook though.
