As a responder, can click on “Upload Media” and take a picture, but the media is not stored.

Steps to reproduce: Received alert email, clicked link, tapped "Respond", chat room and map opened up. Tapped "Upload Media", took a picture with my phone, and then nothing uploaded. No error message appears.
Issue has occurred on multiple Android devices across 2 testing sessions-- when tested on a Nexus 6P running Android 6.0.1, pictures already taken and saved on the phone will successfully upload, but photos or videos taken through the Buoy app will not upload successfully.
