Suggestion: setup-font-* parallel to setup-util-*

Currently we have scripts for fonts on macos and linux, and this could easily be changed to the more modern setup-util subsystem that we have. Would be cool to be able to do setup-font-intel-one-mono and it installs regardless of what os I am on. Perhaps it can be added to setup-util directly, but currently that is for cli and desktop apps only, which makes sense I guess, it's not like people install fonts via npm.
