Bug: first invocation of secret hangs

When using it with setup-server it hangs on the secret get calls. I'm not sure why, but it is due to changes in the last several months. Re-running fixes it. If someone has time to look into this, much appreciated.

It could be that it isn't actually hanging, but just takes a while. It should dump to TTY the progress.
