Colored output not working under Windows in 2.04

Colored output is not working in Windows mainly due to not loading the Win32::Console::ANSI. A hard
use Win32::Console::ANSI;
works for me but should be made conditionally of course.

I believe this has been fixed as of 2.08. For future issues, please refer to https://github.com/petdance/ack2.
