scholarships in the bottom don't appear after reloading page

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
What happened?
When you go to the site and click on scholarships and then click on a scholarship you are taken to the scholarship's view page where you will see more scholarships shown in the bottom; so, it works as expected; but, when you reload the page the scholarships in the bottom are not shown.
Steps To Reproduce
- go to the site.
- click on
scholarships - click on one scholarship
- observe the scholarships in the bottom and then reload the page.

What browsers are you seeing the problem in?
