[Bug]: Unable to Cmd/Ctrl click a scholarship result and open it in a new tab

What happened?

I wanted to open several scholarship tabs at once and then close them individually as I review and update them. Unfortunately, ScholarshipCard does not allow you to do that from the dashboard nor from the scholarship list page. I'm guessing it's because we didn't make the card a link. I think we should, or at least figure out a way to make most of the card clickable (I think the Apply button being a link itself is why we didn't do this or stopped doing this before).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://dreamscholars.org/scholarships
2. Try Cmd/Ctrl clicking a result.
3. Expect to open the scholarship in a new tab.
4. But actually nothing happens.
