Can Carousel be used inside a link?

Good day,
This is a question, not a bug.
I try to use the carousel component inside anchor element. My goal is to achieve an image carousel like airbnb but swipe actions do not work when placed inside anchor.
Like this:
<a href="/"> <Carousel></Carousel> </a>
Can anyone help me with a suggestion?
