F-Droid is reporting with the 2.4 release that you are requesting new permissions. I am uncertain if they are truly new or in error.

It looks at least confusing.
Fact is that API 28 requires new permission for foreground services. And I added this permission to app manifest in this release.
But your screenshot doesn't mention this permission. Instead it claims new permissions are: location, and SD card access. These are not new permissions. They were introduced long time ago.
