Preferences don't seem to be saved or have any effects

Changing some parameters like opacity or enabling/disabling mouse clicks do not seem to have any effects. Notification position seems to be working fine.

+1 on this issue.
Circle Fade Delay (ms) is not remembered properly. Currently, my workaround is, every time that I run Carnac, to change the value slightly and save.
