Add English glosses from Berean Interlinear Bible

We now have permission to add English glosses from the Berean Interlinear Bible. This will take a little work, but they should be added as attributes.

This will be useful both for pedagogical purposes and for explaining what queries do to a broader digital humanities audience.

Again what might be useful here is to maintain a separate file that just maps stable word identifier to BIB gloss and then have a build process that adds them in.

Incidentally, https://github.com/jtauber/online-reader/blob/master/commons/python/reader/berean.py is the code my reader prototype with BIB gloss uses. It would be trivial to turn that into code for initially generating the mapping.
