add a selection of pre-defined list templates with already defined criteria

Description:
when adding a new list a selection of pre-defined list types should be made available to make it easier for users to create lists that have common usages

Changes Needed:

• new lookup table with pre-defined list types and criteria
• + Add New List button should contain a dropdown so users can select the list type and then select to add a new list of that type
• one of the options must be to add an empty list with no pre-defined criteria
• user-defined lists should be able to be added to the list of pre-defined lists via a new list menu option titled save as template
• if an existing list has criteria EXACTLY matching a user-defined list template the list menu should contain an option titled delete template which will remove the user-defined list from the possible options to be selected

• need to define the pre-bundled list templates
