[3.0] external authenticated users cannot migrate with the script (especially recordings)

We are using Microsoft Entra for authentication of our university students. Recently I upgraded GL from v2 to v3.
I migrated users, rooms, and recordings according to the official document.
First problem was the provider "microsoft" was not accepted by GL3, so I need to manually change it to "greenlight", which is reported in https://groups.google.com/g/bigbluebutton-greenlight/c/l3CGHZJPQ50 .
After that, the room and recording migration worked smoothly, but the migrated user were not able to see the recordings although they could see the rooms.
After some work, I've found that users needed to sign up and create account before the migration process. So I first delete all the users that I have already migrated, then asked the users to create accounts de novo. After everybody created the account by the Microsoft authentication, I did the migration process once again.
I report my case just for the recording purpose, as I guess few people seems to migrate Microsoft authenticated users created in GLv2.

The same happens in the beginning of v3 development and it seems to persist.
