Adjusting Quantity in Cart of a product without an image causes placeholder image to disappear

Expected behavior

We should be able to adjust the quantity of an item and the image should not disappear.

Actual behavior

If an item does not have an image (and is using the default product image), adjusting the quantity in cart will cause the image to disappear

2. Go to the cart page
