Upload whole folder

Hello,
Is there posibility to upload whole folder with files to server?
When I right click on folder in brackets - there's option like 'Upload via SFTP', when i click it uploading started, I see every file like -> 'finished /folder/subfolder/fileX.phtml', but its uploaded to basic directory.
Example:
I click to upload folder: path/subpath/file.pthtml
And after that i see this file in /file.phtml.
