Define minimum Dancer2 version

A lot of cpan testers are failing becuse of a bug when a route returns 0 and Dancer2 replaces it by "".
The solution is simple, look to Dancer2 Chngelog and see when that was fixed, and define that as minimum D2 version.
This issue being created just for me not to forget it, as atm I can't look into it.
