How to reproduce:
- Go to https://hypermedia.systems/book/contents/
- Click on "Show full table of contents"
- Click on What is a Hypermedia System?
Expected result: going to https://hypermedia.systems/book/introduction/#_what_is_a_hypermedia_system
What actually happens: Nothing. We stay on the page.
