Touch screen doesn't work on Y-axis

I added TFT35_SPI using IO2CAN using CB1+PI4B adaptor. The screen seems to be working fine.

However, the touch screen is accepting touches on only X-axis. I am not able to select anything vertically.

I am on release V2.3.2 using CB1_Debian11_Klipper_kernel5.16_20230303.img.xz
