Option to hide converted annotation candidates

Implement an option to hide already converted annotation candidates both from the select and refine views (maybe two separate options for that?). This could be implemented in a new settings tab as suggested in #69.

Probalby we shouldn't hide converted candidates in the refine view, else users would think that the objects were missed by the detection.
