Add whole image area (px/m²) to area report

Some users would like to estimate the percentage cover using the area report. While the annotation area is given in px/m² in the report, the whole image area is unknown and the percentage cover cannot be calculated. Add the image area in px and m² (if available) as new columns to the report.
