problem with "This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo" when trying to use womginx

i have hosted my own thing for holy unblocker and when trying to use womginx proxy i always get This site can’t be reached "Check if there is a typo" when trying to use it. (and i get the same thing when trying to use rammerhead proxy, i can only get Ultraviolet Beta to work)
