Steps to reproduce.
- Setup Total Terminal as a Launch Item on the User
- Open Total Terminal
- Restart OS
- When back up, Terminal is open, but Total Terminal is not.
- Click Terminal icon forcing a new window
- Total Terminal is now injected properly and works as normal.
I am looking to remove step 4 and 5 from this workflow. Ideas?

I'm experiencing the same issue under El Capitan beta 2. A minor issue. Didn't have time to look into that.
